We stay here all the time. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean. If you are looking for location and convenience this is the place to stay. If you are looking for peace and quiet - Cairo is not the city to be staying in! All Hotels in Cairo are pretty much on busy roads so you will always experience road noise. If you want to exchange money - follow the major rule of travel - do it at the exchange office or the bank. Finally laugh and smile - the Egyptians love it!
This was the most amazing hostel ever. I could not say enough great things about this hostel. The rooms were great, with bathroom inside and AC. The staff was so helpful! Any question or anything they helped. And they pretty much set up our entire tour of Egypt, it was great, they also helped us to places to make sure we were on time and on the right train! AMAZING! I would reccommend any one to stay here!

Staff was inappropriately friendly with me, a female guest. There was no water one of the days. The floor had not been swept in days and was very dirty. I made a reservation for a double bed and they did not have one. Breakfast was bad.

Very good location, very sympatic management but quite noisy place due to the traffic, corridors not very clean (rooms are ok), I will recommend this place
