Archi Rossi Hostel in Florence, Italy

Perfect location very close to the train station and the sights. People wise almost everyone are very young gap year aussies or american exchange students on their first o/s trip, so not the most diverse crowd but still social and the free breakfast and dinner is a convenient and money saving bonus. Excellent choice for budget conscious travellers. I was traveling by myself (and a bit older at 29) and didn\'t feel like the hostel was a complete party hostel either. The dinner and breakfast were quality food and free wifi was fabulous even in the rooms for skyping. Would definitely recommend this hostel - in fact, I already have! I LOVED this hostel. I dont think you will find anything like it anywhere else. Its in a great location, right by the main train station, which is also right in the center so 5 min walk takes you to some of the main sights. Plus, its clean, with good, not too crammed rooms. They give you free breakfast, free internet, and free dinner. Not to mention free tours. What a deal!! There's also a great courtyard area where you can hang out and meet new people. This hostel was great! The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean and airy, there were lots of little extras that even a hotel doesn't provide. This was a great place to get to know other travelers since there was a lot of common areas. Exceptional! Pamella, from USA ~ 7th Oct 2009
