- “ This was a very nice place to stay but felt like more of a small hotel/resort than a hostel. The rooms were great, spacious and clean although it took a while for our room to be ready when we arrived. The staff was friendly but a bit pushy with trying to sell you tours. They give you a welcome cocktail upon arrival and there is a small pool which is nice to cool off in. If looking for a place thats a bit more than just a regular hostel, I would recommend staying here. ”

- “ It was pretty fun rubbing it in people's faces how much we paid for this hostel resort compared to their crazy expensive resort or hotel, lol. This place was a beautiful hostel and a great deal!! We loved the whole communal area. It has a nice pool with a swim up bar, good food, nice beds, a/c in the dorm, great wifi, and incredibly helpful staff!! ”

- “ This was a great place to stay. La Fortuna is a sleepy little town, but the hostel does it's best to keep the energy up. The staff was great a our bar tender was amazing. Upon arrival we got a welcome drink and shown to our rooms. Also, I was very surprised that our dorm had its own bathroom. ”
