booked 2 beds in a 4 bedroom and didn\'t expect to be sharing a double bed in a 6 bedroom (2 bunk beds with single beds on top and double beds on the bottom for a total of 6 people in the room). the staff was unapologetic, unhelpfull and rude about this. so the 4 bed mixed dorm advertised on the website is an inaccurate information. but maybe you enjoy sleeping across from a romantic couple...

Actually met Arnie (and his two dogs) and he was fantastic to talk to. Gave us information about the hostel, Belfast and even gave great directions to our next hostel in Dublin!

Arnies Backpackers is a nice change from the average hostel because it's small size and friendly staff make it a very welcoming and comfortable place. highly recommended!
