Staff were very nice but we were kept awake till 4am by noisy drunk people. No power point in room.

Hello Michael, we were very sorry to hear that you could not find a power point in the room. There is at least one in every room. You only needed to ask one of our staff. Regarding the "noisy drunk people", we too were disappointed with the level of intoxication of some of our guests that night. We have addressed this issue by NOT allowing alcohol to be consumed on our premises after 11:00pm. As you are aware, we have a list of house rules that are posted at Reception and common areas. It is disappointing that we find ourselves in a position of having to remind people to be considerate of other travellers.This is the first hostel that we have owned and run, and appreciate any constructive comments to make the hostel better for our guests. Clean enough, but a bit further from center of town than expected. Tiny common rooms. Overall an OK place Michael, from USA ~ 13th Aug 2009
