Lovely hostel in a affluent, cosmopolitan, quiet suburb of Montevideo... Beaches, shops, cafes, bars nearby. For sight seeing or nights out, bus ride into town centre is less than a dollar (some hostels in city centre will not provide a quiet nights sleep!!) The hostel is well run and the staff go OUT THERE WAY to help... HIGHLY recommended Benjamin, from England ~ 3rd Sep 2011

Nice hostel in central location in BA.Friendly helpful staff and excellent security - no-one is getting in who isn't known to the staff!Lovely breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice included.Nice little common room and bar, good for meeting other travellers. the best hostel in montevideo, I totally recomend this place, the location is safe and near to markets, malls, cinemas and good restaurants, the staff is very helpfull. Cute, clean, and colorful. This hostel is small and has lots of character. Great people and staff. Simple but delicious breakfast. I felt safe and if you like firm beds this is your place.
