great hostel, located right near temple bar, one of the best hostels stayed in. Staff is very nice, truely wished i stayed here the entire trip. Although if you want to invite somebody up to your room ;) they wont let you...i understand why.Staff was great though. In the 4bed room we had our own shower which was very clean. Very secured.

Small reading lamps beside the beds and a tiny little table and/or some shelves on the walls would rise the comfortness of the room a lot. Since people often come from Europe 2 u it'd be kind to have the opportunity of renting an adapter.

Right next to 2 night clubs so if you plan on sleeping before 2 AM you should think twice.

The location was indeed good. However the dorm was pretty unorganzed which made it so that you could find strangers in your bed if there had been any misunderstandings (it happened more than once). Pretty crappy to be underconstrucion and not mention it so that the guest can wake up feeling like they're in the middle of a bttle field

We had a nice stay! enjoyed it. breakfast was fine, kitchen good equipped and clean, wlan availeable but always breaking down, bathrooms ensuit very useful, cleanlyness absolutely alright. sometimes a bit desorganised but all in all a good time. we will come back! have had much worse things for more money.

I know it's just a hostel and you can't expect much, but I do expect to find clean sheets when I go into my room or at least give me clean sheets to put on myself. We find stains and lots of hair on the sheets and duvet so obviously they hadn't been changed and probably didn't get changed after we left either. Despite complaining about it all we were given were two small sheets (thankfully it wasn't cold or we'd have frozen) for the first night. I assumed that after the complaint, they would be changed for the second night, but that's all we got for our whole stay. Ridiculous!

On our second nights stay, there appeared to be only one key available for our 4 bed room. We went to bed at 11pm, and when the other 2 people from our room returned to the hostel after midnight, they were told that there was only one key available & so they should knock to gain entry. This was extremely frustrating that we had to be awoken to let other people into our room, especially given that we didn't know these people & so could have been letting anyone in. When I had been using the internet in the reception area earlier in the evening (at 10:30pm), I heard the reception staff tell another couple that a 2nd key wasn't available for there room - and that they should simply 'knock' to gain entry. I was shocked at the time, as I thought people might have already been sleeping and that they could be letting 'anyone' into there room for all they knew. Then when it happened to us, I was quite annoyed.

Pigeon dirt on the stairs. Lack of paint on vindows and doors. No cold water at the zink. - All that pulls the chareácter down.
