I liked the location. It was very near to the bus station and the train station. What you have to keep in mind is that this is their apartment plus the rooms they rent out for the hostel. I never got a key the whole time I was there which ment I had to ask on of them to let me in and out of the front gate. But there were no locks on the bedroom doors and no place to lock up luggage. WARNING: The double room is NOT ensuite, it is a shared bathroom with all the other people in the hostel. The daughters who submitted the hostel to hostelworld prob just didnt understand the wording, but needs to be changed. Friendly two girls who work as staff, but there is no common area. The toilets are functional and the place is reasonably clean... The owner is Muslim and as a result you CAN'T drink alcohol in the hostel, which is a major downside. Great stay - the hostel is run by two sisters who were probably some of the nicest hostel managers I've met. Conveniently placed right by the port in Rijeka and also very close to the train station.
