- “ Very clean and nice! There were a lot of amenities and helpful staff. They have a wonderful free dinner multiple times a week. Not very accessible (a lot of stairs), but that’s probably unavoidable given the location. It can be a bit noisy as the walls are quite thin, and the bunk beds are a bit difficult to scale. But the location is great, very close to both the tube and the British Museum. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, especially considering the low price tag. Would stay here again! ”

- “ The staff are incredible and the cheap meals/activities offered are great for budget travelers. My only complaint is that there was no hot water two of my three nights. ”

- “ So great with the charity breakfast which costs £1 a day and 100% goes to charity. Also impressed with the free dinners. Had expected pasta with ketchup but had excellent chili non carne and a ratatouille-inspired pasta dish the two evenings I joined in. Everyone was nice and in the 16-bed bedroom everyone was considerate of when orhers wanted to sleep or had to get up early. Just bring earplugs and a sleeping mask. ”

- “ Annex - several areas with wood rot, noisy in the morning (garbage trucks), doors would self-close, but sometimes wouldn't latch unless pushed. Room was surprisingly dusty, my black bag had a layer of dust on it from the room. ”
