If you want something cheap in the heart of London, this is a good place to go for. The staff are very helpful. There is no elevator in the hostels, be prepare to climb the stairs. I did not like the design of the washroom, it feels like you are in a capsule, very crowded with no window and a small sink. Huini, from Canada ~ 12th Oct 2011

The hostel is centrally located, with a young and efficient staff. Very clean and with comfortable beds. Locks at doors are not safe at all, you can slip a plastic card between the lock and the frame and enter. So don't leave anything in the room and enjoy your stay. Wifi is not free and only from the basement. There are rooms also at 6th floor and no elevator. Could be tricky if you've got a lot of luggage. Paolo, from Italy ~ 20th Sep 2011

An average hostel. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the comfortable lounge area with movies downstairs. Security wasn't great my luggage locker underthe dorm bed was broken, so I couldn't lock it up. Michelle, from USA ~ 29th Jul 2011

Great staff that is very helpful and friendly 24/7! The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen downstairs where you can cook your own food, that's a big plus! The location is perfect, next to hyde park, and you can choose from two underground stations around the corner.
