- “ Great location. There is a underground station just five minutes walking distance away. Famous attractions are also not far away from the hostel. Small room and dim light though. WiFi is only available at the ground floor and the basement. The dining room is full of people during breakfast time, so it is not easy to find a seat. All in all, I think it is a decent hostel. ”

- “ Location of the hostel is perfect, close to underground and bus station, staff is allways there for a question, advice. you realy get all that you have paid for. but you must be aware that this is hostel, not hotel, and that you share room with, for example, 7 other people that you cant choose. but i had a good experiance and i would recomand this hostel to everyone! ”

- “ Hostel was in a great location. Easy access to tube, local bus, bus station, and trains. Near supermarket. Wasn't very clean. A little paint, some shower upgrades and a carpet cleaning would make this place much more attractive and easy to stay at. Security - room lockers were cages, luggage room was pretty much open to anyone. Staff were super friendly and helpful - most were also traveller's, so local knowledge varied. TV room was good, but too crowded. Wifi 1£/40min or 9£/wk ”

- “ Every once in a while you stay in a hostel that is just A FACTORY... stuff as many people as you can into the place, take their money and don't give a care after that. Astoria is such a place...DEPLORABLE. Other than hostels which have had terrible guests (visitors/roommates), this was the worst hostel experience I've had. ”

- “ My stay in the Astor Victoria was great. The Staff was very helpful. The rooms and Bathrooms were clean, only the hygenic rubbish bins in toilette could have been cleand more often. The breakfast was very simple, so you could only choose between toast with marmalade or nutella or pick some cerials. If you want more it is also possible to leave own food in the fridge and to cook own meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. From the Hostel you walk 20 Minutes to the London Eye or the House of Parlament. Bu ”

- “ Great location to explore Westminster, and close to Victoria Station. Staff were friendly, but a bit clique. Julia and Teresa were helpful, and friendly. Very clean, but the carpets are very old and tatty, which makes look dirty. You do have to be fit to stay here because of their steep stairs! Loads of toilets and showers, never struggled to find a shower or toilet. ”
