- “ Great location and great staff. The tour guide, Giorgio, is the best guide I have ever met on my travels across the world. He made Athens much more understandable and a wonderful experience. All amenities are in near proximity and its right near the Acropolis. ”

- “ we had problems with the check in, because they told us that someone called and change the date of our reservation for one day before, so because we didn´t arrive they charge us one night , so when we arrived on the date we reserved they wanted to charge us the 2 nights like they didn´t charge us before, after talked they agree to only charge us the rest (one night) but the guy at the front desk during our stay he was very indifferent to us, other than that the room was comfortable and clean ”

- “ Saved a bunch by cooking in their great kitchen. Had all the tools and stuff you need to cook. Little store right out side to buy the stuff to cook. The sports bar that is associated with the Hostel is a great place to meet other travelers. The middle of where you want to be in Athens. Very short walk to the many of the ruins you came to see. ”

- “ One of Europe's better hostels. The standout for me was the walking tour offered by the hostel - such an unbelievable amount of knowledge gained in just a 3 hour walk through the city. Other notables include the spectacular view from the rooftop bar, cheap drinks, friendly staff, good location, great backpacking atmosphere, cleanliness, and breakfast ! ”

- “ I booking at Athenbackpacker but the room is full then hotel change my group to stay at Athen studio . At Athen studio everthing is good, only air condition to warm in hot weather and staff not help this condition. ”

- “ The location was excellent, right by the acropolis. I stayed there twice, once in the studios and the other time in the backpackers. The studio is a bit more, but I would book the studios as they were a bit nicer than the backpackers. It was a pricey for what you actually get, but I guess you are paying for the location. ”
