Just to stay in a cheap place in Atlanta. CARLOS, from Venezuela ~ 3rd Nov 2009

White staff made several racist remarks and were rude. Smell of leaking gas in several parts of the hostel. Single rooms unlisted on website. Lots of black panhandlers on the way will offer "direction" and demand money afterwards. Would not stay there again. So much for "Southern hospitality." David, from USA ~ 19th Sep 2009

I was concerned for the safety of my belongings - anyone could have walked in and taken my stuff. And the shower constantly dripped. Melissa, from New Zealand ~ 12th Sep 2009

Not sure how often this place gets cleaned...I could say a lot about this place but it really doesn't matter cause this hostel is the only hostel in ATL so there are no other choices. Met some great people there! Heather is great...she works in the evening. Check in hours r posted nowhere but the front door of the hostel. They r 8am-11:45am and 5pm-11:45pm! valerie, from USA ~ 1st Sep 2009

The hostel was a little dirty, i was in the mixed dorm, the bathroom was nasty the shower had black mold every where, and my bunk bed was being held together with duck tape. Be careful with the home less people directing you to the hostel, they will eventually ask you for money. The people staying there made it fun for me, not the hostel! This is a great place to spend you night is atlanta. The CNN, cocacola and most of the fun in AT are just 5 miutes by the metron. I will definately book again on my next visit to GA. andy, from Japan ~ 21st Jun 2009

For staying in central Atlanta the price can't be beat, If total privacy, elegance and sterile cleanliness are needed, I suggest you consider the Westin. But I can recommend it for meeting an eclectic international mix of people and the lowest price in town. Bill, from USA ~ 16th Jun 2009
