hostel is particular and so simple at the same time. staff is nice and bathroom (we were in room with shared bath) are very clean!! area offers many different service from eatying to cloths. bon voyage...

Ostello molto carino in posizione ottima sia per il quartiere (bellissimo e pieno di ristoranti e locali) che per muoversi: ideale per chi vuole girare molto durante il giorno e rilassarsi la sera.
Comodo e caldissimo d'inverno.
Bagni molto puliti, camere un po' meno perchè non le puliscono spesso durante il soggiorno.
Problemino: scricchiola tutto e si sentono i rumori delle altre camere...

A nice and warm place to stay in Berlin.
Located not far from Schönhauser Allee and Kastanienallee. They welcome you with a flower and funny light sensation.
The best thing: Fußbodenheizung all over. Nice

This place sucks! The front desk, as well as the lounge and free Internet, are only open from 8 AM to 10 PM. There's no laundry, the rooms are plain and grungy, and the staff is surly and rude. I DON'T recommend staying here, and I don't know why it's rated highly on this site and in the Lonely Planet tourbook. The only reason I can think of is the price, because the single room is much cheaper than most other places. Problem is, you get what you pay for (and in this case, not very much!).

Highly recommended place.
Area was full of very good bars, restaurants, shops especially for young people. I don't know if there's a better district than Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin.
Definitely, would go there again.

I really enjoyed staying at this hostel and strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet and low-key place to sleep with plenty of privacy. It is ideal for someone who is independant and is not there to meet and mingle with other travelers. This hostel offers excellent privacy and comfort in a secure and quiet room. There are limited opportunities to mingle with other travelers but that was ok with me since I met people elsewhere.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Foosball table downstairs. Location was wonderful, within 5-10 minutes of several terrific restaurants, bars, and of course the subway.
