I was disapointed about the staff.she said i can got an added bed.but she just didn't keep the words.they said i've made a mistake to got what she means.i'm sure i know english and konw what she said.actuaclly there's no other tings i can complain.but i was so disapointed about this staff's behavier.i feel i was cheated to pay the money.hope it will get better.please just be honest. hui, from China ~ 27th Feb 2012
