unfortunately our reception was rejected when we arrived due to technical problems but at least they made refund and reserved a hotel for us in the meantime.

Located very near to the Vilnius Bus Station and maybe 10-15 minutes walk from the tourist district. The staff were helpful and spoke adequate English. Breakfast is the same thing (cold cuts, bread, and tea/coffee) every day, so extended-stay visitors should not expect a variety of breakfast foods. Rooms overlooking Sodu street are a bit noisy--better to request a room that overlooks the courtyard (the side where visitors enter the B&B).

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every situation - whether we asked for restaurant recommendations or for informations about locations around Vilnius. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that she cleaned the hall at 6am... But altogether it was a really nice place to stay.

The first glance (building, stairs) is a little disturbing. When you finally get in, you find a nice surprise: good staff, very confortable rooms and bathrooms. Prices are extremely reasonable.
Would like to comment, but when we arrived, they told us that we were staying at a hostel around the corner. We then went to that hotel and were told that we were staying at the hotel up the hill. Either way, we didn't stay at the B&B Florens
