- “ The owner was a little weird, but she was really nice. The place itself was awesome, me and my friends spent the 4th of july there and we grilled out and had a really fun night. The only problem is the place itself (Uscio) is really far from Recco (9km) which again isn't close to Portofino (the place we were originally looking to be close to). The bed and breakfast is also hard to find when you get out of the Uscio bus station so make sure to get there day time. ”

- “ B&B Rifugio Uscio is places in a nice little town upon a mountain. If you are by foot be sure of a good condition. The place itself is made to feel you home. The housekeeper, Sonja is a warm but chaotic lady who will help you with planning your days in Uscio, Recco and the whole of Portofino park. If you get lucky she'll guide you trough this very nice park. If she guides you, don't expect to do the things that were planned. Enjoy your stay, but stay to long! ”

- “ Lovely spot, great village. Adrianna was a wonderful hostess in spite of a language barrier. The only thing that was a little difficult was getting there. We are not seasoned travellers and would have had a lot of trouble finding it without the help of a local. Thanks Marco! ”
