Everything was up to par. The location was fantastic and the facilities were very good. There was not a whole lot of encounter with other people in the 2 person bedroom hall, which can be nice and pecefull, but if you are traveling to meet other people its not the first choice. also kitchens and sitting areas might have been nice. again thoguh we were not int he shared bedrooms but in the private.

The hostel was in a good location near the rialto bridge and the markets. The hostel itself was very below parr, with staff that were barely around. What staff that were in the building had a very poor command of english and therefore not very helpful. The bathrooms were disgusting, and were not cleaned by staff during our 3 day stay. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

When you see B and B roat for the first time your mouth drops because you cant believe that you are actually paying to stay there. B and B rota does not feel secure. However, it is clean, has a good breakfast and has a good location.

The guy at the desk was of no help at all, but the location is great. You can find what you're looking for just by walking around.

It is a very nice place just in the heart of the old city, near to the "Gran Canale", our room was so warm and clean, a little bit dark but that is something you can not help in Venice. The breakfast is in a cafeteria near to the hostel which makes you feel a little bit uneasy. Globally a very charming place. By the way if you take the water bus 1 you should descend in the Rialto Market Station and walk through a square, the turn to the right until past the fruit and fish market, once you get the small square with restaurants, all you have to do is to take the mini street and the small bridge on your left, then, at the end of the tiny little "calle", you will find the hostel. The instructions on the webpage are confusing and usefull only when you take the 82 water bus , then you can get the Rialto Bridge bridge and follow the instructions which is quite a walk.

We were very pleased with our time here.Walking directions to the hostel were excellent but could be altered to avoid taking luggage up and over the Rialto.Tragic-looking entrance!!Also maybe a map could be supplied (didn't see any at the hostel) as we had to locate the tourist office. Sleeping areas were a good size.Breakfast minimal though.
