- “ Sick crazy and mentally ill owner !!! BE CAREFUL, he can be laughing with you and the next second shouting at you. He ripped off my clothes because I didnt bring the towel back at check out smth he didnt ask for in the first place, so he kicked my belonging with his foot. Nevertheless I have been to Tourist Police and they accompanied me and got money for the ripped belongings This is the worst hostel I have ever been to !!! do NOT go there ! ”

- “ Not the best place to stay, but it beats other shared hostel. There is no A/C in some rooms, so it might get hot in summer months. Toilet and shower is not that clean, but, again, comparing with some other hostels, its fine. Good value for money if you are short on cash on the trip. Staff and location is great, and you get to use the internet. NO EUROPEAN TOILETS. ”

- “ nice stay but need a little bit of improvement the bed sheet looks old and the wifi doesn't reach the 1st floor. plus point: near the hawker center, and there is water filling station in front of it. that's all, but everything is okay. ”

- “ Awesome place for the price you pay! It is in the best location in melaka!! Also the guy that runs it (sean) is really nice. When I went, I screwed up my booking and booked it for the wrong day and he had no dorm rooms left so he gave me the family room for the same price as a dorm ($5 for the night) until I could move in. ”

- “ My friends and I arrived late in the night and the host, Sean, was fantastic. A great conversationalist. The rooms are clean and the building is secure. Also a great location. Highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking to stop through Melaka. ”
