the reception open too late in the morning,the tour in Tasmania started at 7:30pm. I have to give up 10 dollars key deposit!!!! We booked the twin share room,the bed was noisy. Anyway,the staff is friendly,and there was a good band that night! Yuan, from China ~ 2nd Dec 2008
