The fact is that all the hostel on paterson road are in the same building. It does not matter how much you pay for this hostel or the others. The pictures are therefore invalid. However, as it was mentionned before the guy, sam running the hostel is really nice. Unfortunately, that does not really make up to what the room looks like. I knew i was going to get a small room. So, that was really fine with me since I did not spend much time in the room. The noise level is quite high.

very basic cement box rooms, nothing too special but they were clean. the staff was helpfull and the location was great. there is no real common room area and the internet is shady at best.

This was one of the worst tour i had. First- the address mentioned on the site was wrong. After half an hour search, came to know that the the hostel is on the 3rd floor instead of 9th Floor. Second- The room which they shown on the net was not the same room. Actually it was 6x6 ft room and 3x4ft bathroom. No telephone facility, no hotel service. Request all the people who are planning to visit this hostel must look at it the last option.

reception is at 3rd floor, not really well described, some rooms are at 11nd floor, @ 3rd floor there's a room with free internet and a microwave. in the rooms or more precisly in the hall, there is a water heater and washing machine. all in all great for what it costs. location at causway bay is very lively with lots of young people hanging around.

The hostel is really easy to reach with public transport. We got there from Shenzhen and took a bus to Hong Kong and arrived at Wan Chai subway. From there we took the subway for one stop to Causeway Bay. From Exit E it's only just a 5 minute walk to get there. The rooms are really nice and clean and very convenient. Though our bathroom was rather small and crammy, the rest of the room was really very nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly, just like the other people in Hong Kong. I would really recommend this hostel to my friends and family is they would ever go travelling to Hong Kong!
