I like the place but the staff is not friendly, when i am in there my check out time is 1 oclock but at 11.00 AM they said i must hurry becoz the room need to be clean and go at 12.00 AM coz the new guess will come, they shouldnt said like that, the new guess should wait after the check out time. Very friendly and helpful staff! It\'s my first time staying in backpacker inn. didn\'t think that we have to climb the stairs to get to the inn which is located on the 2nd floor. with 2 kids around, a 4yrs old and 10mths old baby, and hubby is absent, we almost cancel the stay. coz it\'s impossible to carry all the luggages upstair. But the staff offered us a great help. We are so amazed. Thank you so much for carrying our luggages up :) Lidya, from Indonesia ~ 30th Jun 2009

Private room was comfortable and clean however the bathroom left a lot to be desired! Location in Chinatown was fantastic however it is above a karaoke bar and we could hear the wailing/singing into the early morning. Overall, it was pretty good for a few nights but next time would choose somewhere with better and cleaner amenities and more relaxed character. Magdalen, from Australia ~ 31st May 2009
