This was a great place for a stop over while travelling the Garden Route. Oudtshoorn is a really lovely town to visit.
The swimming pool is an absolute godsend with summer temperatures easily reaching 35 degrees celsius!

Really enjoyed the pool. The offer of food on braii was ok but was suprised there was no salad esp for vegies! It felt quite homely!

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff and facilities. Meal options available. Short walk to town - sat TV was good once got hands on remote. Staff gave excellent advice on local attractions. Def recommend!
There isn't much to do in the city, but Backpackers Oasis Shanti is a nice relaxing place to hang out. The staff are really nice and will do there best to help you out with whatever you need.
