Hostel Posada Doña Lupe is a great hostel, and even greater because of what you get for the price you pay. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, our double bed room was pretty big and had a large bathroom. Also, there is a nice roof deck with a great view of the city and a pool too! The only thing about this hostel is it is right next to La Alhambra (the major tourist attraction in Granada). This can be both a good and bad thing. The good thing is, you are right next to the Alhambra. The bad thing is, you are at pretty much the highest point in Granada, which means walking uphill from the city center is a bitch. But there are shuttle busses that run very often and only cost 1 euro. So factor that 1 euro into the price of the room, and you´ve still got a really good deal. Good time, great hostel, book it.

Location is great if you plan to visit the Al-Hambra. The building is old but I like the atmosphere. Only problem is there's only one internet computer available. Breakfast is just coffee/tea and bits of cookies. There's a swimming pool on the roof top but I think it's cool when it's summer to swim in the pool cause it's dirty now. Don't mind coming here again though if I plan to visit Al-Hambra.

Toe clippings on the bed upon arrival and the trash can was still full from the previous guests. Bathrooms are really REALLY small, but doable. Comfortable beds. Difficult to get to, but ideal for seeing the Alhambra. The location is cool, but not ideal. It is far from the rest of the city, but cabs are cheap in Granada. Great price. Really friendly service. No WiFi, but free computer with internet in the lobby. Air conditioning and radiator in every room.

This was a very good place. It has all the basics. Heater, hot water, own bathroom. The only thing is that the visa machine wasnt working at the time. It really is right next to the La Alhambra, on top of the hill. Its about a 25 minute walk down the hill to social life. It was a very cute place.

nice place.. situated just in front of alhambra, so u can wake up in the morning and just go to the alhambra which is like 2-3 minutes walk. Nice staff, we arrived very late that night but the staff is still there waiting for us... the staff also gives us suggestion about our trip in spain.. big room, the best room that we eve had during our trip..

Para dormir esta bien. Relacion precio-calidad, es aceptable. Situado en la misma Alhambra, donde te puedes mover perfectamente a Granada para ver cosas o a Sierra Nevada sin complicaciones de trafico. Volveria a ir sin problemas.

we don't know why it was usefull to book the hotel on the internet because they didn't have any bedroom for us and we were forced to go to an other hotel! The staff was not polite at all and the sanitary block was so dirty that nobody dared to take a shower in the morning! And we paid 40 euros for that!!

La habitación doble es enana y no decir ya nada del baño que cuando te sientas en la taza del bater la puerta te pega en las rodillas siendo así bastante difícil tener un poco de intimidad cuando vas al baño!!!
