Do not expect towel, Internet, neither breakfast, even so called double bed is small... on the other side it is 100 m from Alhambra entrance... Gejza, from Slovakia ~ 10th May 2012

This hostel is all about the price. It was really affordable and the dorms were really nice. The downside is that there´s no kitchen or comfortable communal space and the wifi didn´t reach the dorm rooms so it had to be used in the reception area. Elisabeth, from Australia ~ 15th Apr 2012

We got a private room that didn't have any character. We were only given one room key and had to call the hostel (which cost money) to enter on the second day.We had a hard time finding it because there was no sign with the hostels name on it.They did not have a credit card machine and the lady at the desk only spoke Spanish. The website did not tell us any of this information so we were not prepared to pay cash, or have trouble finding the place, etc. Jillian, from USA ~ 28th Feb 2012

To start off there was no wii, not even a tv, absolutely no internet access free or to pay towels were not included. Over all the whole profile needs to be updated on Hostels.com for this pension. My room was like a jail cell the bathroom door could not be shut if you were using the toilet because it was that small. It was absolutely FREEZING so if you go in winter bring lots of layers for sleeping. The elevator is broken and the pool was closed. Pay a few euros more and stay elsewhere. this place has a lovely walk into town, and is near a great view point, and the people working there were sweet. sean, from Ireland ~ 16th Jan 2012

I don't usually write these reviews for hostels, but this hostel was really disapointing. The shower (although hot) was dirty, no lockers, no kitchen, no breakfast, no maps given, and the common room is really dark and dingy. It was located right next to the Alhambra entrance, but if you wanted to go out at night or go to any shops it was a 15 - 20 minute walk away from everything along quiet dark streets. Also, the pool terrace area was closed off. Jane, from Scotland ~ 3rd Nov 2011

Good quality for the reasonable price. Nice localisation close to Alhambra main entrance, nice area to wander among olive trees. Joanna, from Poland ~ 18th Oct 2011

The hostel is right next to the Alhambra, so if that's what you want, there's no better place to stay at than here. The staff was absent most of the time, so don't count on them to be much help. The room was big, comfortable and clean - exactly what we were looking for. We recommend this place. Abdiel, from USA ~ 10th Oct 2011

This hostel is the perfect stay, when you want to see the Alhambra. You just need to cross the street and are right in front of the entrance. The stuff is friendly and the rooms are perfectly clean and absolutely worth the money. For a "normal holiday stay" you´ll sure find something better, because the rooms are very small, the swimming pool on top okay, but nothing else around to do (except visiting the Alhambra).
