Overall an okay hostel for the money, but bathrooms did not have hot (or even warm) water at all during the two days that I was there. I would not have minded that except that they had advertised always having hot water on their page. The bathrooms were not cleaned very often. The best hostel we have stayed in so far in South America. The best showers, so powerful and very hot at any time of the day. Spotlessley clean. Yes La Paz is cold at night, but the beds and duvets were super comfy and warm. Very freindly staff and the place has a good vibe, decent food. Not a party hostel, but enough people and things going on to meet people. We are going back in a few days after Lake Titticaca. Read Owner Comments David, from England ~ 18th Jun 2011
