The hostel is extremely well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, and the neighborhood has some interesting walks itself. The hostel had a cool bar and lounge area (and an even cooler bartender), and interesting turkish breakfast. The security is pretty good, with lockers large enough for your packs, and codes to enter your room. The only real downside is that the unisex bathrooms were smelly and usually unclean. (Ladies, use the ladies restrooms!) Also, be prepared to pay for your stay in EUROS (though at the bar and everywhere else in Turkey you will pay in liras). The exchange rate they give you at the hostel is pretty terrible.

This is a great place to stay. it has a great atmosphere and provıdes alot of chances to meet other travelers. The lonly bad thing is that the beer at the roof top bar was way too expensive for a hostel bar and they won't let you brıng your own in. so get drunk on the street and then go hang out!

Excellent service overall. Much more than you expect from a hostel- free breakfast, free internet use, great common area and roof bar, welcoming staff and tidy environment.

A great hostel! Unbelievable how friendly and helpfull the staff was. It\'s a great place to stay and propably the best place in Istanbul. The staff helped with all questions, took us out in istanbul, were friendly, rooms clean and so on. I\'m very very thankful for the help with my airplane bookings and shuttle service. PERFECT!

I thought this hostel was great. The bunks are sectioned off by heavy curtains so you have some privacy and each bed has own light and powerpoint. Had a great stay
