- “ If you like a party house, this is it! It didn't bother me as I used my ear plugs when it was time to get some sleep. The music was awesome and the hostel had an upbeat feel... Food was good also and the Thai restaurant next door was delicious and cheap. The staff was also helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. ”

- “ Overall, our stay was good. We wouldve enjoyed more female dorms rather than mixed and a better breakfast. ”

- “ The infrastructure is a bit run down (eg, broken blinds) but there is a definite pride in the place. Staff were efficient, helpful and professional. I left a couple of items behind & they were posted back to me without delay, staff retuned my calls when they said they were etc. A couple of things were disapointing such as there not being bike hire when the website said there was and missing out on a tour because the number of places listed on the sign up form exceeded the number that could go. ”

- “ Other than the stained sheets the place was really good and great to have own kitchen in the dorm! ”

- “ Pretty good hostel, except there was only 1 staff member who was nice, and the others were VeRy rude. They made me feel like a fool for asking any question, and were never kind or went out of their way with anything. The guy at the end of my stay was nice, possibly so I would write a good review! Pretty good hostel apart from the staff! ”

- “ Definitely to be recommended if one wants to meet cool people and have fun! Our room had its own kitchen and the hostel provided good opportunities to go party in the hottest nightclubs for little money! Daily room service provides a clean environment and free breakfast and often free barbeques the optimal atmosphere to have a wonderful stay. The location is good, but for Los Angeles a car is definitely recommended. Also a burger joint and gas station are right next door. ”

- “ Very good hostel in my opinion. Free computers, a lot of parties and interesting things to do at the hostel. Great value for the money, very good location, less than 1 mile from Hollywood center. Cool staff, good options of tours to do in LA and close cities. Can't remember anything bat at this place. ”

- “ Couldn't figure out how to work the shower haha, maybe there should be a diagram. Ant problem like crazy and they bite. Location is annoying for someone with a suitcase because it's a fair walk from the train station. Breakfast was good! Cereal and/or toast and tea and coffee too, cool if your budget is super mega strict. Bunk beds squeak like crazy! Extremely annoying, and you have to put your own sheets on. I would recommend checking out the Hollywood Youth Hostel just down the road. ”

- “ If you are young and love to party THIS IS THE HOSTEL FOR YOU. The 10$ limo party is a great idea. They have activities for you EVERY night. Location is perfect, about 2 blocks away from everything. Liquor store and restaurants right on the corner. Staff was outgoing and friendly. ”

- “ Stayed for four days and enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hostel is a 5-10 min walk from the closest metro station and the Walk of Fame. Many day trips and evening activities are offered. The bungalow had a cooker and a fridge and was very clean and quiet. It is also a great place to meet people. Made use of the free internet and the sun loungers in the garden part. Would stay there again! ”

- “ The staff were really friendly except for Al. He was the only person there that made me feel like i was bothering him with just existing! they need better security for their parking or just better parking in general. On Saturday they had a party there and they told me "there are people parked that are not staying here and we can't find them so go park somewhere else" That was not cool and we couldn't find anywhere to park so we just came back and parked anyway but they seemed pissed. Oh well! ”

- “ Shower had literally an ant hill in it. I know those are a problem in Ca but come on... buy some glue traps. Security dented my car moving it. Loud loud loud parties until early hours of the morning every night. Walls were paper thin too and windows did not have proper coverings. Had to cover my bunk with blankets for -any- privacy. Cleaning staff was sub par, did not clean out expired mold growing food in the fridge. All and all not the best. Wouldn't recommend it. ”
