The room was clean but they didn't clean
the floor well as there were spots here and there and if I use a wet tissue they
came up. Floors and corners are import-
ant to clean. I would definitely stay there
again and recommend it.

The hostel is really clean and the staff are nice and friendly. The location is abit far from stuff to seebut it is right beside an underground n overground train which is really handy. Its a nice place to stay, quiet when you want to get away from the madness in Bangkok. I would recommend it.

Great hostel. The rooms are very nice and are kept very clean. The location is not right next to all of the main attractions, but it is easy to get around using the SkyTrain and Subway. Highly recommended.

actually witnessed a non-resident come in and ask for the room number of one of the residents. Instead of saying that resident information could not be given out for security reasons, the person at desk gave out the information without hesitation. Even though I did feel very safe otherwise, I found this event very troubling in terms of security.
Besides that, this was an ideal place to stay. Close to BTS skyrail and good free breakfast in morning.
Wished the facility had 24-hour internet access.

When we first arrived, and showed our reservation number, we were told that they gave our private 2 bed bedroom to someone else since a large group came in. That meant that for the first 2 days my friend and I (luckily we get along) had to share a king size bed in a very small room. (Oh, we shared it with ants too.) The final two nights we did get a bigger room with two beds. We had to put up with construction right outside our window though, that went on until after 11pm. The staff seems friendly at first, but when we said that we were going to the major attractions, we were told that they were closed already. We could only go shopping, in the immediate area. My friend and I were smart enough to go ahead, and "strangely enough", the attractions were still open! We didn't need to set up a tour after all. Hmmmmmmmmm... My friend rented a locker while there, and upon leaving at 4am, they just happened to lose her receipt, which meant they wouldn't give her the deposit back. Hmmmmmmmm again. The night before we left, when we asked about a cab to pick us up early in the morning, the staff told us that we would have to tell the taxi driver to not turn on the meter. If the meter was on, he couldn't enter the airport. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!! We were smart enough to not listen to them, and saved money by having the meter turned on.
Over all, it's a decent place, but we learned that you can NOT trust ANYONE in Bangkok. Not anyone at all!!!!!!!
Sad, so sad. Compare that to Taiwan, where a taxi driver tells us that since he is too expensive, the bus stop is right around the corner, and then points the way. Very friendly and honest. Thailand could learn something!

we enjoyed staying here. Very clean and safe. It is pretty close to the MRT and sky train so easy to get around. The breakfast isn't great you are better off paying for something from the menu. But overall it was good and we were recommend for you to stay here and we would stay here again - good value for money :-)
