The one young, girl staff was super helpful and nice (more than the other staff I experienced, who weren't as helpful). Liked the lounge. Carmen, from USA ~ 2nd Nov 2009

The only good thing about this hostel is the location. The staff is rather unfriendly. Doors are squeaking and tiles on the floor are lose. The bath room needs to be fixed. And the breakfast is rather disappointing. Christian, from Germany ~ 7th Jun 2009

I didn't really stay at this hostel because I missed my flight and it was a one night booking. Needless to say, they did charge my card for the night's stay and had me pay additional to keep my luggage! Kerwyn, from Trinidad and Tobago ~ 12th Aug 2009

WORST hostel ever! They refused to credit our online deposit, the place is run down, the “breakfast” is crap, and worst of all the bathrooms are gross. The doors don’t have locks so you can walk into anyone’s room and the lockers you pay to use are plastic boxes in the rooms! All facilities are closed from 11-2 for cleaning, but when we come back, it’s just as dirty as when we left! Paul, from Canada ~ 21st Mar 2009

Absolutely no way to get lost from the door to the metro station, which was definitely a plus. Lots of fun bars and tapas restaurants in the area, including the one directly downstairs. Jaclyn, from USA ~ 16th Mar 2009

it would be great to improve the toaster in the kitchen for breakfast !!! Gaëtan, from France ~ 2nd Feb 2009

Great location! The kitchen was super tiny and breakfast was a bust, but it has everything a hostel needs in a busy city like Madrid. Melissa, from USA ~ 9th Jan 2009

it is a really well located hostel with a nice kitchen and living room. the only negative thing is that you cannot be in the hostel between 11 and 2 because of cleaning in progress... and the breakfast closes really early: 9.30u. but besides this i would really recommend it! Great hostel with a great staff and everything available that you would want in a hostel. Michael, from USA ~ 10th Dec 2008
