The hostel was easy to find but we had to call the reception in advance to tell them when we were coming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. and for those who complain about the cleanliness and other things - go to the Metropole Hotel! It's a hostel and hostels are simple. The apartment should have a heater and something should be done for the water heater. Water should be constantly heated. Basic needs should be met during winter time. Nonetheless, location is good though information given on the internet is misleading (beach is not seconds away). Should try to have a receptionist there most of the time, we tried to obtain information a day before check out, but there wasnt anybody there. We waited for quite some time with no avail. This is an amazing hostel that is situated in the heart of the Gothic Quartal and it is so close to the beach. The service is so food and everyone speaks English pretty well.
