A factory of a place. Characterless unless you are 18 and 'stoked'. Don't go if you are over 30 it aint the place for you. A couple of the more macho members of staff made 'quips and references' about others being gay. They were all protesting too much and/or need to grow up/find a feller. Room was incredibly cold and could do with a good vacuuming. Facilities poor for amount of people it caters for. Need more televisions not just two that show the same films at the same time. Staff were helpful. Go elsewhere for internet use. Elizabeth, from Ireland ~ 12th Sep 2009
