Security for luggage room is poor, anyone could get the key from the reception, and access the room alone. Possibility to lock lockers in bedroom with padlocks is good. Central location. Nice and friendly staff. A bit unclean facilities (kitchen, tvroom and computer room). Internet access is expensive.

They gave me room without air cond and un-work ventilation system. Hoew could I sleep in hot and bad-smel condition?

in my room was f@#$in' cold we had to sleep with blanketS because of air conditioning it took 2 days to fix it

very good location. not a good place to meet new people. young party cloud, but ok if u're staying in a smaller dorm. cold air-conditioning, lot of people were sick because of it.

I really liked this place. It's really close to everything I wanted. There's two supermarkets nearby, and it was an easy walk over the bridge to the art galleries and the more interesting cafes. The rooms and beds all look nice and new, and it is air-conditioned. One area for improvement: there seemed to be many broken vending machines and bags of washing or garbage on each floor - these should be cleared away.

i got off a plane at 8 am but couldnt check in till 1. i thought i would be able to check in earlier than that. had to wait around for 4 hours after being on a plane all night. otherwise nice hostel with nice people
I made a reservation directly at the reception and when I came back a couple of days later to use this reservation, nobody knows anything about it.....

I was very impressed about the size of the kitchen and the safety of leaving your stuff in the fridge and no one touches it.
Location is awesome. Kitchen is huge and great for making your own food. Staff changes often--some were friendly and helpful, others not so much. Without a bar to hang out, it's not as easy as other hostels to meet other people. The movie theater room is great though, especially considering the rainy weather we had. I would definitely suggest this place to someone looking for a reasoble place for low prices.
