Great location and very secure. HOWEVER: the blankets were covered in hair and the bathroom was not well cleaned. Kitchen poorly equipped. If you are looking for a good night's sleep, forget it - the bar in the lobby playing loud music renders that impossible. andrea, from USA ~ 9th Nov 2009

This was a nice hostel in terms of layout, themes etc. A great hostel to stay in if you are out to party. We arrivied at 12.30am Saturday morning and it was too noisy to sleep until 3am (we had to get up at 6am). Staff took nearly 30 mins to get our key working. Sheets were stinky. Heater turns off every half an hour, I think. it's freezing during winter! One staff was a little rude, I asked for extra blanket because it was cold and the heater turns off, and the response was, "Is it really that cold" with a condescending tone. Aiza, from USA ~ 7th Aug 2009

One seriosu complaint - being woken up before 6 am with bottles smashing - sont know if it was a beer lorry delivery or rubish collectio but it was very noisey and then cama back about 1 hour later - windows not very sound proof Otherwise great Steve, from Wales ~ 7th Mar 2009
