It´s in a cool place, not exacly in the center, but not so far, and with nice restaurants and pubs around. Quite alternative spot maybe. The hostel itself, well, not so good, not so bad (the price is OK), but the staff was really not helpfull nor available or nice, and there are fees for everything, like internet and shits for the beds. The kitchen is closed after 10p.m. and there´s not much stuff to cook with. It´s not very clean either. But it can do for a short time! Cristiana, from Portugal ~ 11th Sep 2009

I found it very odd that every time I needed help from the staff, they were either on an imminent shift change and couldn't do anything for 15 minutes, or were waiting for the computer system to come back online. The place is ok, but we had some problems because of their mistakes. they had some problems with the computer and they took out all our thinks from the room and the thinks were in the entrance with no security, and just because they were wrong. I can understand, but, at least, they could have the luggage into the reception, not in the door!!!!!! Also we saw a little rat... and is not the most cleaner place I have been... Right across from the train station, next to a cheap bakery, and nearby several cheap and good Doener kebap stands and bars- the Kreuzberg neighborhood isn't that great but that aside this hostel has a damn good location. Sean, from USA ~ 20th Mar 2009

The location is a mixed bag, on the one hand it is in a crap district. On the other hand it is right across the street from the train and there are plenty of bars in the area. The staff was great, and it was not a bad hostel at all. Daniel, from USA ~ 20th Mar 2009

Staff was friendly and could help you out with anything and everything. Showers were clean and well maintained. No complaints about the location except that the hostel was a little hard to find since it's located in a courtyard, but as they claim it is directly across from the U-bahn exit.
