Location and cleanliness were great. One problem was that my room was right above the bar and general meeting area so sometimes it would be hard to sleep earlier because of the people down there. But that's really a minor problem. Need more staff at the front though. Only 2 people there and they would get overwhelmed quite a bit. I recommend this hostel. The staff is friendly, it's reasonably clean, and the breakfast is good, although it costs 5.50 euro. Location is great as well. It's on a safe quiet street located right off the main street Friedrich. Chihlun, from USA ~ 18th Jul 2009

They upgraded us to a suite and it was wonderful. The bathtub was a treat. There was a little kitchen also. The location is good. Easy access to public transit and a grocery store. Kenneth, from USA ~ 22nd Aug 2009
