The bathrooms were nasty (drain flies, etc.) beds dirty and the owner Ali sells ridiculously marked up tours. He even lies ("there are no buses to Petra") just to con you. Gets in your face and is really a soulless human being. John, from USA ~ 25th Oct 2009

If you are a woman traveling alone, stay as far away from Mohammed as possible! He's not the owner but one of the workers there and will try to get you back to his apartment alone to have sex with you. Very icky person. Be safe girls! Micca, from USA ~ 14th Sep 2009

I arrived late but i was helped immediately. The place is very good situated and right in the middle of downtown. The people are very helpful and nice. The information is good and reliable. In Amman its the best hostel to stay for the price. Its downtown but actually very quiet. Its very clean and hospitable. allover one of the best hostels i have been to.
