I toured the facility and found it clean and nice. My driver and I had an extremely difficult to find and security was VERY lax. I chose to stay at a different hostel due to the current situation in Kenya.

It was really dusty; my boyfriend and I were sneezing madly the entire time. We actually had such bad allergies from the place that we felt horrible our whole plane ride back to California. Our mosquito nets were the wrong size for our beds, so we got eaten alive. Speaking of beds, we were given an option of a double or two singles, and we reserved the double, only to find... two singles. Very romantic. Not a bad place to spend a couple nights, but more expensive than it ought to be for what it is.

Almost impossible to find, staff are unfriendly and did not feel secure. Rooms are extremely basic.

Very good hostel in Nairobi. Nice place to stay. Good location. I enjoyed my stay here. I also arranged my safari with the owner of the hostel and this was also of a good quality. Don't hesitate to get in touch with them.

booked a double room, got a dorm bed. they didnt even have a double bed there so why sell it on the net as one??.. Booked a transfer, no transfer at the airport at 930pm in nairobbery??.. Getting hussled by all the other transfers because still trying to find the one we booked because didnt want to leave him out there waiting for us. Went with other taxi someone I thought i could trust, miraculously made it without any incident. We are both seasoned travellers, been to many countries all over the world and also work for a tour company in europe for the last 4 years and know what customer satisfaction is about, but this was just not there. I felt very uneasy arriving in nairobi at that time with thousands of dollars and my girlfriend to find no transfer was disappointing. This was after several email attempts and had confirmation back. Having done a bit of travelling you know things always go wrong and you deal with it, just thought you should know about this, thanks
