  • This hostel is a very good location for Hannover Messe (Cebit for exemple), tram and restaurant located near. Bathroom, shower are clean and there is a big parking for your car. The only worse thing is the noise during the night coming from other people leaving or arriving. If I'm going again in the Messe I will go there for sure.

  • The beds all have curtains around them in the dorms, which was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the showers were open, so if it had been a busy time of the season (which lucky for me it wasn't) have fun showering with five other people! Otherwise this place was great and the breakfast in the morning was well worth the extra Euro!

  • The shower is like in prison. Clean but without dividing walls, that's why it was a bit scary to take it. In the room with 30 beds it is just freesing (i was there in noverber). A bit far from the railway station, but just opposite the tram stop. Apart from that the atmosphere, cleanliness, guests and surprisingly security are just great. There is also a big kitchen with a huge table.

  • Excellent value. Very few other guests while I was there. Make sure to bring your own soap!

Practically, Barcelona is a pretty easy city to navigate on foot or by public transport with a well laid-out grid system for the streets and a simple metro system. Here's an example of what you can do with 24 hours and a T10 (10 journey) metro ticket.
