Bed in London dissapointed me because we booked it 3 months before our trip, and while we were on the way to UK, they emailed and said there's an emergency and cancelled on us. they didn't even offer any suggestion for accommodations and just left us there to search for another hotel last minute. Refunding the deposit to me don't mean a thing to me when this spoils our trip to UK !!!Think twice before u book !!!!! Cecilia, from Canada ~ 18th Jul 2011
