Thought the staff at the front desk could have worn a smile on their face. Other than that it was a nice place to stay in.

No Drinks. Caffee doesn't belong to the hostel. Pudong Area is ok. Near the subway station, but the sights are on the other side. Beds were hard not everyone had a matress. In the top level no western toilets. Very clean!

pretty nice private room with good bathroom. the loft rooms are a bit hot because the bed is located upstairs not next to the ac unit but other than that great room for price!

Even though it's in Pudong the location is pretty good (a couple of minutes walk to metro line 2 which takes you to the city centre), rooms are great (we had a douple room with private bath, which was huge, had nice furniture and was cleaned every day). Staff are not particularly helpful, though. If you are looking for party, this is not the place to go, but apart from that I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in a nice, clean, near city-centre accomodation. Excellent value for money!

I stayed here 11 nights : it happened that other clients are very noisy and there is a pool and a bar so you can hear people playing. The Internet is only for 15 minutes. The location is very interesting / not far form the metro but in the heart of a little district very chinese 5little night market and not far from here; the New Age shopping malls). The staff can give you usefull informations.

very convenient location literally 3 minutes from a metro station, convenience stores and street vendors for food, couple restaurants and bars close by, nice furniture, tv and stuff in the room

Staff are very unhelpful, we where not even aloud a key for our room, every time we wanted to enter our room we woud have to ask reception to let us in. The onsite restraunt was WAY to expensive would not recommend this hostel to anyone

It was absolutely a wonderful stay. I saw an idiot made comment about the location (without staying at that hostel by the way); it is 2 stations away from the center and the station is 3 min walk from the hostel. If you are so dumb that you cannot even go 2 stops to People's Square, don't go to Shanghai nor China, you'll get lost. Anyway, it is true that there is nothing fun to do in the hostel no bar, a very small common room but it is incredibly safe, comfortable, quiet and lovely. The stuff is the most helpful I've ever seen in any hostel around the world, from finding slippers for me to sewing my shirt torn at the shoulder they helped me with everything. I cannot reccommend this place more highly.
