This was the best hostel I have taken my family to ever. The location was fantastic! Staying in the Hutong was one of the hippest experiences we have had in our fairly estensive travels. Apple and the rest of the staff were quite accomidating and we felt very much at home. They are tops in my book!

Fantastic hostel located in most bustling, artistic and interesting area in Beijing. Nice staff and great accommodation-- clean shower, bathroom, etc. A bit more expensive than the other hostels but worth it.

Great location. Strongly recommend this hostel. It is in a cute alley with lots of restaurants, bars and small stores around. Walk distance to subway, banks, supermarket, and, most important, the Forbiden Citty. Staff helped us buying plane and train tickets (we are very thankful for that!) Will stay there again if I get the chance.

Room - very clean.
Suggestion: Could have a shower curtain in the bathroom. Bathroom tends to get v wet just after having a shower

Met some great people and had a blast. The location is excellent and the free breakfast was fine. Great place to rent a bike from and cycle all around Beijing!

The staff knew English, the rooms were clean, the place was like most hostels with writing on the walls, which is fun to read. Met some good people and the location was to die for.
