I don't kunderstand how can the hostel keep your passport! It's an incredible thing that has never happened to me and I've travelled all around the world! If sth happened to me and I lose my concious, there is no way to report my embassy! I can't understand it...

Less friendly staff compared to other hostels I've been. They always concentrated on sth else when I asked for some advice. That's not polite. Mi, from China ~ 1st Nov 2009

We had booked 2 nights but we decided to change rooms after the first night. When it came to pay the difference, they tried to charge us more than agreed. Plus, we asked for a receipt and they didn't give us one. Pablo Alejandro, from Argentina ~ 23rd Oct 2009

The staff was not really friendly at the reception. The hostel is clean and good place to stay for a short time. Uemit, from Germany ~ 8th Oct 2009

AWESOME HOSTEL! We loved our time there. It was secure, bright, super clean (our bedsheets came in sealed plastics!!) and it had a wonderful cafe downstairs that had cheap food. I would definitely recommend it to any traveller's on a budget! You get so much more than what you pay for. Cynthia, from Canada ~ 24th Sep 2009

as a southern irish person, i was abit scared to see that the hostel was in a very in your face english area of belfast. with anti-irish slogans and flags in the same street as the hostel. to my relief, there was very secure parking at the back of the hostel with security gates. so at least that put my mind at ease. apart from this, the room was small and looks old compares to the facilities of the hostel. due to the safe parking, i think i would go back if in belfast again. overall a good stay ADELINE, from France ~ 23rd Aug 2009

Air in 6-bed male dorm (non ensuite) was a little stale. Only one window for ventilation. Spacious under-bed lockers. Key card access to elevators and rooms and for access after hours. Not really a "youth" hostel. A lot of 40-50+ guests around too. Showers were clean. Tour company right in same building. Within walking distance to Europa bus station and downtown. Overall nice experience. Internet (both wired and wireless) chargeable. Chiming, from Singapore ~ 20th Aug 2009
