I was greeted to the Bellavista noticeboard with someone having their ipod stolen. This make me anxious regarding the security of the place. The place is in need of some major repair. Window has no frame, paint work peeling everywhere. We had people singing well into earlier hours of the morning. Getting a quiet sleep was next to impossible.

Very good hostel, well located in busy bellavista. Night noise from streets, but in a busy area. Staff excellent, very helpful anytime. Some shared shower/toilet rooms showing their age and need to be refurbished. WiFi not in Double room annex a great shame :-( good rooftop sun terrace. FREE pool table, movies, Fussball. Basic breakfast OK. Overall, realxed and fun hostel. I stayed 3 days single in dorms and 3 with g/f in double. Would stay again.

Great hostel. One of the best atmospheres I've ever encountered... The girls at the desk are always ready to help, and there's always someone to talk to over a few beers at the pool, the fusball table or the balcony. Near to one of the central subway stations, great restaurants and bars nearby, it's perfect if you don't want to sleep to much. And if you do, they have the best matresses ever!!!

An absolutely great place to stay. Large secure lockers in the dorm rooms are nice as well as the common room with a large TV and pool table.

We had a great time! Everyone was very helpful--Soli, Connie, Vicki, Kelly, Heather, and Ivan (sorry if I missed anyone). A great location...so great, in fact, that it actually works against getting a good night's sleep because SO much is going on outside with all of the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood--activity literally all night long. Take earplugs and have a wonderful time as we did!

It was a bit louder in the middle of the night than I expected but it was otherwise a delightful stay! Gracias!
