Small hostel, one floor in an old apartment house. We hade the suite and the room was awesome. Really nice with a high ceiling. After that, sadly, it just went downwards. No service at all from the staff. The hygiene was terrible. The toilets had no soap and wasn't even cleaned one's a week. The breakfast tasted shit. Too bad, because this little hostel have a lot of potential. If the staff just would work for a change it could be an oas! Karl, from Sweden ~ 18th Aug 2009

the hostel was cute, smallish and quiet. location is decent, plenty of restaurants close by, u bahn just around the corner. the bathroom facilities were cut short for the amount of people staying there and they were quite dirty and smelly. staff were friendly, however not often around and no way of contacting them. breakfast was very good! If you're sensitive or allergic to mold this hostel isn't for you. Also it has carpets all over the place that don't feel too fresh... Other than that I guess you get what you pay for. Pernilla, from Sweden ~ 14th Jul 2009

Location: very good. 5 min from metro station. And there's one good ice cream store on the opposite street. One ball for only 80 cents. My girl friends likes it. And there's a good turkish store, there for half a grilled chicken cost only 2.1 Euro. Losts of peole come to buy these. Room: quite basic but with a small TV.(I live a four-people-mixed-dorm.) Also there is a laptop providing free internet surf. Breakfast form 8 to 10. Ning, from China ~ 29th Jun 2009

This place needs some type of security lockers for your valuables.. other than that, it's very decent. I would stay here again, and I'm pretty picky.. Brian, from USA ~ 13th Jun 2009

This is a great hostel, I can really recommend it. It is just on metro (really not more than 200 m), just 3 stops from the city centre. The location is full of charming bars and clubs, you can easily eat there late in the night chosing from a lot of different cuisines. However, the place is not noisy at all, it is quiet for sleeping. We stood in the double-bed room which is great - really big and comfortable (with TV). The shared bathrooms are ok (as in every other hostel, I would say). Staff placed me in the wrong room, so when I returned at night, someone's backpack was on my bed. Reception was closed, but a note said to "knock on Room B," which I did for 20 min. There was no response so, tired and frustrated, I moved the backpack and went to sleep. In the morning, two people were sharing a bed and one was sleeping on the floor! Also, I found days-old toast between my bed and the wall. And the hostel has only 1 toilet and 2 showers for 20+ people. Ernest C, from USA ~ 4th May 2009

Little charming hostel in an excellent spot in kreuzberg. We had a wonderful double room with high ceilings and huge windows from the 19th century era. Everything was absolutely clean and decorated with love. Best cost-performance-ratio I`ve ever had in a German hostel. Silke, from Germany ~ 11th Jan 2009
