- “ It is hard to meet someone from the staff here, there is only a very unfriendly lady in the morning serving breakfast. The person you meet during your check in escapes quickly and do not provide all information you need. Rooms and especially bathrooms are dirty. However, the house is much nicer than other hostels I have seen and the environment is very nice. The price is very good including lots of amenities compared to other hostels. ”

- “ The hostel is a good hike from the main tourist areas, but is a short walk to three different tube stations and some bus stops. If you're in London for a while, it is nice to get out of the noise of the city and be in a more residential area. There also is lots of common/shared space (including a back garden) to hang out and meet people. The staff is friendly and show genuine concern for the residents no matter how long or short they are there for. Plenty of fridges, showers, bathrooms, etc too! ”
