- “ This hostel has non-standard arbitrarily enforced rules about booking. After booking months early, I noticed in their rules that I needed to reconfirm within three days or they would cancel my reservation. I did reconfirm, email about it recieved no response and ultimately cancelled my booking. THEY STILL CHARGED ME for my entire stay, not just the 1st night but for 4 nights. I have claimed it as fraud with my bank. ”

- “ I am a single man from Portugal travelling alone and I find this place an excellent option. Buffee breakfast is delicious, clean rooms with safety boxes, amazing staff and great location(next to subway, Copacanaba beach). City tour organized by them was a good option and also cheap. Thanks to all the gajos and gajas! ”
