“ couldn't give us any information about public buses to and from the airport or Universal Studios. Only seemed to know anything about Disney World. One lady from guest services was very rude when we asked her how to get back to the airport. They only knew about the taxi service from the hotel which was very expensive. They couldn't even give us a direct response when we asked what the website to look at timetables and routes for the public buses ”
