I was a bit disappointed at first, cause the outside isn't quite apealling, when inside it can get pretty easily crowded. But breakfast time is nice, the 8 beds dorm is ok, even though the lockers are quite small (only passports and small valuable items can fit in). The laundry facilities and internet access is nice, though the wifi isn't 100% efficient. Overall, a nice hostel to stay in. Many of the guests here ended up here after being disappointed by another sydney hostel! Security, fun and marion, from France ~ 25th Oct 2009

The staff were really helpful, especially Steve and the lady who recommended Una's to us for dinner! The dorms are spacious and quite clean. The only downside is that the common room isn't the most sociable that I've been to, but I guess the hostel has no control over the enthusiasm of its clientele! Tabara, from England ~ 11th Oct 2009

Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice to have a free breakfast - only hostel we stayed in that offered that. Well-stocked kitchen where you didn't have to "rent" dishes like other hostels. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. We arrived early in the morning. They had emailed us to let us know that even though check-in was later we were welcome to arrive and leave our bags and use the facilities until our room was available. I had a really nice stay in this hostel. You can have your lunch on a crouch in the main room watching TV, as you like it. This hostel is only 10 minutes walk from the Center or Queen Victoria building for exemple. Caroline, from France ~ 21st Jun 2009
