Altogether a good hostel - just 2 critiques. As a summer-only hostel, locals don't know it's there, and the numbering system on the streets was incomprehensible, so the address didn't help much. I asked some locals if they knew where the hostel was, and they didn't have a clue. We were across the street from it at the time, but I spent another 15 to 30 minutes before I found it. The name "Big Blue Hostel" would have certainly given me a clue if it was daytime, but it was dark when I arrived. I don't remember what the info at hostels.com said in the section where I booked my room, but on the page I printed out, it might have been useful to say that the hostel was located in a blue skyscraper that served as a dormitory for the local polytechnic. The character was actually good, in that it gave me a chance to see first-hand a little bit of how ordinary Poles live today. The only other concern was that although the sheets on the bed I used were fine (though they were awful short - I assumed that was normal?), I noticed that another set in the room had a large tear. In any case, staff was quite helpful and friendly, and I just wish I had had more time to spend in Warsaw.

Un hostel net amb un menjador sense poder cuina peró bens situada ja que el metro està molt a prop. L'únic que em va costar força de trobar ja que l'edifici és gran peró no està senllalitzat l'hotel. Peró en general molt bé i gens sorollos

The only good thing about this hostel (apart from being close to a metro station) is the staff, they are very friendly and one guy pointed us in the direction of a nightclub with a set entry fee and free beer all night, well worth it!

Location was not great if your planning to walk but there is a metro stop just outside. One of the best hostels i stayed in the rooms are big and the staff are friendly and will do anything for you.

The rooms we stayed at were huge. Had alot of space. Also easy to find as it is the building is big and blue like the name suggests. The laundry service was a life saver and the staff are friendly Would definately stay again as not far from centre
